Cross stitch the Anchor Momentos kit following instructions in the kit.
Keeping design centred, cut Aida fabric to 40 x 40 squares. Place the Aida fabric square in centre of one piece of the Christmas fabric. Using 2 strands of Anchor Stranded Cotton and the embroidery needle, work a row of back stitch around all 4 sides, 3 blocks in from edge of Aida fabric. Fray the Aida fabric back to the row of Back stitch.
Using 4 lengths of Anchor Stranded Cotton make a twisted cord 20cm in length.
Placing right sides of fabric together with the twisted cord between the layers of fabric at both top corners 1.5cm in from edge. Stitch a 1cm seam around all 4 edges leaving a 5cm space at bottom edge. Turn to right side. Using the toy stuffing, stuff the decoration (do not over stuff) paying particular attention to the corners. Sew the remaining gap.
